EAGiovani is a social enterprise that was created within the Salesian Opera of Macerata with the aim of allowing young people to utilize their professional training and animation skills to serve the education of young people in the area. Our fundamental principles are to empower young people to be the protagonists of their own lives, create spaces for social connection that value the unique qualities of each individual, and promote respect for others and the environment. EAGiovani offers a range of services including training, social projects, animation, catering, preschool, summer camps, and sports centers. We also organize events and offer internships. By collaborating with the University of Macerata, we provide opportunities for students in the fields of education, linguistics, communication, and more, to apply their skills in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Our mission is to challenge the notion that it is not possible to make a living by doing good for others. We want to meet the educational needs of children, teenagers, and young adults, and make a positive impact on society by giving competent young individuals the opportunity to educate their peers
