Prudential is currently experiencing delays in processing contributions and claims, but rest assured that your contributions will be backdated and claims will be paid out. The delays are expected to be resolved by early April. If you pay AVCs to Standard Life, you can start or amend payments by calling 0345 279 8831 or emailing newentrant_quotes@standardlife.
