Early Glow Health

Early Glow Health is a culturally attuned, patient-centered mental health practice founded by Melanie Osefo, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C. With a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care, the practice aims to help people feel heard and supported, offering personalized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Care is available virtually and in person, with the practice accepting clients in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, Indiana, Florida, and Colorado.

Early Glow Health supports people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns across the lifespan. Its services include psychiatric evaluations, collaborative medication management, and individual and couples therapy. The team also addresses concerns such as PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, sleep difficulties, emotional burnout, and major life transitions. Treatment plans are shaped around each person’s history, goals, culture, preferences, and everyday circumstances. Providers emphasize collaboration, clear communication, and a warm, judgment-free environment, and may work alongside therapists and other members of a client’s care team. Through compassionate support and practical strategies, Early Glow Health seeks to promote mental wellness, healing, and lifelong well-being.
