EARN (Enterprising Africa Regional Network) is a South African registered private for-profit organization with a purpose-driven mission. Established in 2014, EARN aims to create an enabling environment for African entrepreneurs to grow profitable and sustainable businesses that can compete regionally, nationally, and internationally. The organization focuses on developing a new generation of successful young African entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, who will run successful global businesses, create jobs, and bring prosperity to the continent.

EARN operates in line with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on SDG 2 (Zero Hunger). Through its agriculture subsidiary, African Greeneurs, EARN aims to develop young African men and women into successful agripreneurs, enabling them to establish and manage growth-oriented agri-enterprises responsibly. EARN also seeks to promote gender equality and drive transformation in agriculture by empowering young women.

In addition to agriculture, EARN owns operating businesses in Technology, Business Support Solutions, and Property. The organization is self-funded and owns its own farms, where it implements climate-friendly farming methods and provides training and development opportunities for young agripreneurs. By supporting the success of young African entrepreneurs, EARN envisions increasing intra-African trade and connecting Africa for business
