Earthbound Festival

Earthbound is a nature-focused festival that brings together learning, creativity, music, and community. The 2027 event is scheduled for July 1–4 in the Black Forest near St. Georgen, offering a long weekend centered on mushrooms, herbs, and living with nature. Its program includes more than 60 practical workshops and over 25 talks, alongside daily excursions exploring local fungi, plants, birds, and other wildlife. Activities range from mushroom walks, natural dyeing, basket weaving, carving, and soap-making to fermentation, yoga, and breathwork.

As the day gives way to evening, festivalgoers can enjoy a varied music program, from acoustic songwriters and campfire singalongs to Goa and psytrance. The event also features a small sauna village with barrel saunas and a hot tub, plus a slackline area and yoga sessions for relaxation. Food stands serve both meat-based and vegan options, with drinks available at the bar. Visitors can purchase tickets and optional extras such as parking, breakfast, a coffee-and-tea mug, and Earthbound clothing.
