Earth Friends is a basketball team dedicated to beginners and those who have taken a break from the sport. Our mission is to introduce the joy of basketball to those who may lack opportunities to play, fostering connections and friendships through this dynamic game. We welcome everyone, including experienced players who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and skills with novices. Since our first practice session in November 2009, we have expanded our offerings to include training sessions, schools, and various events, engaging over 6,000 participants annually with around 150 students enrolled in our programs.
In 2013, our innovative efforts in promoting basketball were recognized when we joined the NBDL, paving the way for our aspirations as a professional basketball team, Earth Friends Tokyo Z. We are committed to uplifting basketball culture in Japan and dream of becoming the nation's top team. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey as we work together to achieve our goals in the world of basketball.
