EASEC

EASEC is an international provider of soft skills and employability competency certification, serving schools, higher education institutions and organisations. Active in more than 60 countries since 2010, it offers a shared standard for assessing and documenting competencies across education and professional life. Its framework covers 36 competencies, including communication, critical thinking, leadership, adaptability, teamwork, creativity and digital competence, with five certification levels mapped to EQF levels 1–8.

EASEC’s psychometric assessment tools align with recognised frameworks including ESCO, O*NET, CCS SkillsFuture, Tuning, UNESCO and the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs. Institutions can map existing programmes, assess participants through multilingual online assessments, and issue Europass Digital Credentials and Open Badges. Credentials are digitally verifiable, shareable on LinkedIn and available at no cost to holders.

EASEC also provides institutional accreditation, training accreditation, professional certifications, certificates for students and academic staff, micro-credentials, and a platform for consultancies. Its services help institutions measure skills development and provide learners with evidence of competencies for further study and employment
