Welcome to East Health Trust, a Primary Health Organisation (PHO) based in Auckland. Established in 2003, our PHO covers a wide range of areas including Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Beachlands, Clevedon, Flat Bush, Maraetai, and Kawakawa Bay. Our enrolled population is approximately 97,000, and our aim is to support services that maintain or improve the health of our enrolled population.

As a PHO, we are funded by Health NZ to provide essential primary health care services. We work with general practices in the Howick, East Tamaki, and Franklin areas to ensure access to quality healthcare for those who are enrolled with us. Our mission is rooted in respect, dignity, and cultural diversity.

We strive to promote health equity, empower individuals and communities with quality information, and endorse healthy lifestyle choices. Our focus is on providing quality preventative and interventional medical care, improving the skills and knowledge of our personnel, and enhancing the primary care workforce.
