East Lake Hospital for Animals, located in Danville, Illinois, has been dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and their owners since 1966. As an AAHA accredited, full-service veterinary hospital, they offer a comprehensive range of services to keep your beloved pets healthy and happy. Their services include wellness exams, which play a crucial role in preventing and detecting potential health issues before they become emergencies.

During these exams, their experienced doctors are available to address any questions or concerns you may have about vaccines, nutrition, parasite prevention, exercise programs, and behavioral issues. In order to provide you with prompt and accurate test results, East Lake Hospital for Animals offers in-house diagnostics such as blood work, radiographs, ultrasounds, urinalysis, fecal parasite screening, and bacterial culture. For specialized testing, they also collaborate with external laboratories.

Maintaining good oral health is vital for your pet's overall well-being, and East Lake Hospital for Animals offers dental cleanings under general anesthesia, including dental radiographs and extractions if necessary. They understand that dental disease can cause pain and impact organ health. Additionally, the hospital provides a wide range of surgical procedures, including spay/neuter, bladder stone removal, mass removal, caesarian sections, bone fracture repairs, and CCL (ACL) repair.

Their use of a surgical laser unit reduces pain, inflammation, bleeding, and promotes healing.
