The Estate Management Department in the RFCA is responsible for running an estate of 400 buildings on 155 sites across the Region. Their main objective is to maintain the infrastructure and ensure the smooth functioning of the properties. They provide utilities, furnishings, and even manage the vehicle fleet for the Army Cadet Force. With a capital value of £6 million and a revenue budget of £2 million per year, the department's nine highly skilled staff members adhere to modern building practices and ensure Health and Safety at Work expertise across the RFCA.

In addition to their day-to-day operations, the RFCA also undertakes various projects throughout the year to maintain and improve their estate. These projects include constructing new buildings, conducting repairs and refurbishments, and handling general maintenance duties. Notable recent projects include Sobraon Barracks in Lincoln, which involved constructing new facilities for 158 Regiment Royal Logistic Corps, and the state-of-the-art headquarters for Tollerton RAF Air Cadets at Nottingham Airport. The RFCA works with esteemed contractors and architects to complete these projects to the highest standards.
