East Norfolk Taekwondo

East Norfolk Taekwondo is a family-oriented martial arts school founded in 2017, offering professional Taekwondo training for students of different ages and abilities. Its classes are promoted in Caister-on-Sea and Norwich, with sessions listed at Caister Social Club on Beach Road. The school welcomes beginners and experienced students, and provides children’s classes for ages three and a half to six, alongside mixed-age classes for students aged six and over. Families can train together, and family discounts are available.

Using modern training methods, East Norfolk Taekwondo aims to make lessons both enjoyable and challenging. The school says its instructors are fully insured and DBS checked, and that it provides a fun, safe learning environment. Sessions include Dragon, basic, family and technical classes, with a timetable across Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Training can support fitness and physical health while helping students develop confidence, self-esteem, concentration and leadership skills. Those interested in joining can contact the school to arrange a first session or ask about classes and family discounts.
