About Easy Treesie
Easy Treesie is a brand dedicated to making a significant impact on the environment. They are actively involved in the United Nations Education Project and the global movement to restore a trillion trees to Planet Earth through the Plant-for-the-Planet initiative. Easy Treesie aims to restore ecosystems by planting one million trees by 2023, and eventually, a billion trees over the course of this decade.
Despite the seemingly daunting task, Easy Treesie keeps it simple. In reality, it only takes 200 trees, which amounts to a bin bag-full each for every individual, and the goal can be achieved in just ten years. The spacing requirement, a meter and a half or two meters apart, is comparable to the post-Covid social distancing of two meters.
Easy Treesie focuses on engaging children in tree planting activities. They frequently witness children planting 20 trees in just an hour. With their strategic plan developed by Dr.
Gerhardt Gallagher, a technical adviser to the Tree Council of Ireland and an artist, Easy Treesie is passionate about restoring tree coverage in Ireland. Join their mission and become part of their inspiring work
