Evropská asociace životního prostředí

The European Association of the Environment (EASŽP) is a professional association bringing together individuals, institutions and organisations whose work focuses on education, protection and restoration of the environment. It operates across the territory of European Union member states and promotes learning about nature and environmental issues through online and in-person activities.

EASŽP offers courses through its academy on topics including bees and nature, nature photography, music and nature, and coaching for young people. Its programme also features seminars on ponds in the landscape, water castles and the natural surroundings of Czech castles. The association works with a network of lecturers and provides information about teaching opportunities and collaboration.

Alongside education, EASŽP organises nature-focused trips, with options for families, seniors and people with limited mobility, as well as group transport information. Its website also presents books about Šumava for children, a film about Šumava, and related cultural and nature projects. Through these varied offerings, the association connects environmental education with practical experiences, regional heritage and public engagement.
