Uncle Joe's

Uncle Joe's is a brand that offers a wide range of delicious sauces and rubs inspired by the creator's rural Southern Illinois upbringing. Growing up in an area known as The Diggins, which was mostly populated by farmers and coal miners, Uncle Joe learned the value of fresh, homegrown ingredients. On his family's farm, they cultivated peaches, strawberries, and raised chickens, hogs, and cattle.

With a passion for cooking from an early age, Uncle Joe began experimenting with various seasonings and flavor combinations. After years of perfecting his recipes and using thousands of pounds of ingredients, he created his own signature taste. Uncle Joe's sauces and rubs are made with love and designed to be enjoyed by everyone.

Uncle Joe's also offers catering services, providing their delicious creations for any occasion. With their delectable sauces and rubs, Uncle Joe's is committed to bringing the taste of Southern Illinois to your table. Whether you're a fan of barbecues, grilling, or just adding a burst of flavor to your dishes, Uncle Joe's has the perfect sauce or rub for you.
