EAVEN GROUP

Eaven Group is an Italian hospitality and property management company specialising in the care of exclusive private residences. It manages a curated collection of villas and distinctive homes across Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily and Tuscany, with a dedicated local team providing day-to-day attention in each destination. The portfolio includes properties in Ostuni and the Valle d’Itria, a historic farmhouse near Mount Etna, a residence overlooking the Gallura coast and a villa among the Chianti vineyards. Many homes combine private pools with settings and architecture that reflect their surroundings.

Eaven Group serves both guests and property owners. For travellers, it helps identify suitable available residences based on dates and guest numbers, and provides a booking proposal and quotation. For owners, the company offers property care and management intended to protect and enhance each home’s value. Its approach centres on consistent oversight, attention to place and spaces, and discreet service. Guests can explore the collection or contact the team to discuss their stay, while owners can enquire about having their property managed.
