Ebenezer Mission is an Australian registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution, established in 2000 to build inclusive communities across Sydney. Its work brings disability support, employment, arts and community participation together, helping people with disability and young people develop skills, confidence and meaningful connections. The organisation is a registered NDIS provider and also provides community nursing for eligible veterans.

Services include person-centred NDIS support, supported accommodation and living options, respite, community access and support coordination. Employment pathways offer practical training in barista skills, baking, design, media and customer service, with supported work experience through social enterprises such as Eben Coffee House. The organisation also runs an inclusive orchestra and choir, visual arts and design programs, exhibitions, youth activities, volunteering and Duke of Edinburgh’s Award opportunities.

Participants can learn, create, perform, work and contribute in real community settings. Ebenezer Mission welcomes volunteers, donors and community partners who want to support these opportunities.
