EBEPPOA

The Espaço Brasileiro de Estudos Psicanalíticos de Porto Alegre, known as EBEPPOA, is a professional association founded in Porto Alegre on December 9, 2015. It brings together professionals interested in psychoanalysis, with the aim of sharing the field’s cultural heritage and developing new knowledge. Its activities welcome pluralist theoretical approaches to research and social intervention, reflecting an open and collaborative perspective on psychoanalytic study and practice.

EBEPPOA organizes its work through groups grounded in the ethical and epistemological principle of horizontality. Its programs include working groups, spaces for transmission, and the presentation of productions, alongside events and image galleries. The organization is part of the national Rede EBEP, which includes other centers, and participates in the work network of the Collège d’Espace Analytique. Through these activities, EBEPPOA provides opportunities for members and interested professionals to engage with psychoanalysis, exchange ideas, and contribute to collective learning. People seeking information about its activities or wishing to join the association can contact its institutional email or secretariat, and follow its Instagram account.
