About Ebglyss
EBGLYSS® (lebrikizumab-lbkz) is a prescription biologic medicine developed by Eli Lilly and Company for the treatment of moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) in adults and children aged 12 and older weighing at least 88 pounds, whose condition is not well controlled with topical therapies or who cannot use them. Currently the fastest-growing biologic prescribed for eczema — based on new prescription growth rates among FDA-approved biologics from May 2025 to April 2026 — EBGLYSS works beneath the skin's surface to address the underlying cause of eczema, with 38% of patients achieving clear or almost-clear skin at 16 weeks versus 12% on placebo in clinical studies. A new flexible dosing option now allows as few as six maintenance doses per year after an initial dosing phase, administered via a prefilled pen.
