East Bay Photo Collective is a community of photographers based in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our goal is to create a vibrant and inclusive community photo center that offers a wide range of facilities and services. This includes a gallery to showcase our members' work, workshops to enhance photographic skills, darkrooms for film development, and other resources for photographers of all levels.

At present, we operate Oakland Photo Workshop, a community gallery located in Oakland's Chinatown. However, we have exciting plans underway to develop an auxiliary darkroom in 2023. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inspiring environment for East Bay photographers, particularly those who may be underserved or lacking access to a creative community.
