EBS Gym is a welcoming kickboxing school in Alkmaar, located on Scheldestraat in the Oudorp area. It offers classes for children, young people and adults, with training suited to people who want to improve their fitness, lose weight, shape their bodies or learn kickboxing. The gym’s Easy Boxing System (EBS) combines kickboxing instruction with a full-body workout.
Its programme includes children’s and youth training, adult kickboxing sessions focused on bag work or technique, and boxing technique training. EBS Gym also offers 4B Ladies Only kickboxing, yoga and personal training. Classes are scheduled throughout the week, with sessions for different age groups and training interests.
The gym presents itself as an accessible place to exercise and develop skills, whether participants are seeking general fitness or boxing practice. EBS Gym is open in Alkmaar and can be contacted by phone for information. At present, new enrolments for children’s and youth classes are temporarily paused, and interested families can request a place on the waiting list
