About ECARE
ECARE, the Egyptian Center for Alternative and Renewable Energy, aims to revolutionize the way we utilize biomass. With over 30 million tons of unused agriculture crop residues in Egypt, ECARE offers a sustainable alternative to conventional waste disposal methods that have negative impacts on public health and the environment. Specializing in the production and distribution of biomass, ECARE collects and sorts agriculture crop residues and wood residues.
They then recycle these materials to produce industrial agro pellets, a solid biofuel that meets European standards. Additionally, ECARE offers domestic wood pellets manufactured according to European standards. Driven by their mission to promote the production and use of biomass, ECARE aims to distribute at least 100,000 tons of wood and agro pellets.
