About ECCHR
The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) is a Berlin-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the defense and promotion of human rights globally. Founded in 2007 by Wolfgang Kaleck and a group of international jurists, ECCHR aims to combat injustice by enforcing rights outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and various human rights treaties. Through legal interventions and collaboration with a global network, the organization addresses issues such as war crimes, human rights abuses in the economic sector, and climate justice.
