The ECHO Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports people receiving cancer care and their caregivers. Established more than 20 years ago, it has grown from a volunteer-led effort into an organization guided by an executive director and an active board. Its mission is to provide support services, guidance, and education tailored to individual needs, helping ensure that patients have access to care and comfort while living with cancer. The Foundation is funded through donations from businesses, corporations, and individuals.

Its Rock to Rides program helps address transportation barriers by arranging rides to ECHO-related medical appointments, including office visits, infusions, and hospital radiology services; requests must be made at least 36 hours in advance. Through its Holistic Health program, the Foundation helps cover the cost of integrative care such as massage, reiki, and acupuncture. Beacon of Hope provides financial assistance for essentials including rent, utilities, groceries, gas, and nutritional drinks. The Foundation also offers seasonal support, food and supply pantry resources, holiday food baskets, and back-to-school supplies.
