Dynamic Femmes is a humanitarian and development organization based in Nkongsamba, Cameroon, dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of women, girls, and vulnerable children. For over a decade, they have been at the forefront of addressing critical issues such as unsafe abortions, which tragically result in the deaths of tens of thousands of women annually. Highlighting the urgent need for dialogue and action, Claudine Siewé, the Executive President, emphasizes the importance of tackling the social, legal, and health-related dimensions of clandestine abortions.

Dynamic Femmes operates primarily through advocacy, education, and community engagement, with branches in Douala and Bafoussam. Their initiatives include organizing forums that gather stakeholders—government representatives, health professionals, and community leaders—to discuss strategies for preventing unsafe abortions and ensuring women's health and rights. The organization also educates communities about the legal framework surrounding abortion, aiming to reduce stigma and promote safer practices. Through these efforts, Dynamic Femmes strives to foster a society that prioritizes women's reproductive health and autonomy.
