Ector County Independent School District (ECISD) is committed to enhancing educational experiences and facilities for its students through comprehensive bond projects aimed at modernizing and expanding its infrastructure. Key initiatives include the establishment of a state-of-the-art Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center, which represents a significant investment of $80 million, designed to provide world-class training opportunities for students within the district. ECISD also plans a thorough renovation of the auditorium at Permian High School, alongside improvements in fine arts resources, including instruments for band and mariachi programs, and uniforms for middle school students.

Additionally, the district is focused on enhancing its technology capabilities, investing millions in public address systems, surveillance cameras, and interactive displays. Transportation is another priority, with substantial funding for the acquisition of new buses and the development of a dedicated transportation facility. Through these investments and projects, ECISD aims to create a robust educational environment that supports diverse learning opportunities and prepares students for future success.
