Eclipse Rocketry Ltd was a family-run UK business serving model rocketry enthusiasts and providing services in fireworks and IT consultancy. The company has ceased trading, but its website remains available as an educational resource maintained by Roy. It presents material ranging from the basics of rocketry and Newton’s laws to propulsion, hybrid motor theory, performance calculations and technical explanations. The site also preserves information about the Micro Hybrid, including assembly instructions, technical details and a gallery.

Eclipse Rocketry manufactured MicroHybrid rocket motors to order and says it was the first company to offer pre-manufactured motors of this type to the public. Its website notes more than 16 years of production and customers worldwide. Roy continues to work as a firework operative through a UK fireworks company and as an IT consultant through umbrella companies. The stated consultancy experience includes Microsoft operating systems, scripting, software packaging and deployment. Fireworks work includes certified display operations for companies in the UK and abroad.
