ECMHP is a community-focused organization that has served children and families since 1974. Its mission is to promote well-being and empowerment by connecting families with collaborative early intervention, mental health, and early education services. The organization focuses on infants, young children, and families facing adversity, supporting healthy development, strong relationships, healing, and resilience.

Through its services and programs, ECMHP aims to provide compassionate, relationship-centered support in safe and welcoming spaces where children and caregivers can grow and thrive. The organization also shares resources and information, and offers opportunities for community members to get involved through volunteering, employment, sponsorship, and donations.

Based in Richmond, California, ECMHP serves the community through its main office and a Solano office, with an intake line for inquiries. Its fundraising efforts include a capital campaign to improve its building’s roof and heating and cooling systems, helping protect the spaces where families receive care. ECMHP’s work is grounded in supporting children and caregivers through connected services and community partnership.
