Eco-yards

Eco-Yards is a Calgary landscaping company focused on creating beautiful, environmentally friendly urban yards that are practical and easy to maintain. Its approach supports healthier natural ecosystems through water-wise design, organic care, and thoughtful use of plants and outdoor spaces. The company provides tailored landscape design and installation, with options including hardy perennial and native plants, xeriscaping, vegetable gardens, raised beds, edible landscaping, food forests, and permaculture. Installation can also include patios and walkways made from paver stones or flagstone, as well as wood features such as fences and decks.

For ongoing care, Eco-Yards offers regular garden-bed maintenance, including weeding and pruning, along with spring and fall clean-ups and small improvement jobs. Its Eco-Yards spray service uses aerated compost tea as a natural, chemical-free treatment intended to nourish trees, lawns, and gardens and support soil and microbial health. Eco-Yards helps clients plan and care for yards that reflect their environmental priorities while providing beauty, food-growing opportunities, and a manageable outdoor space.
