Ecoltivo

Ecoltivo is an Italian brand focused on making home gardening accessible through hydroponic cultivation. Its patented Ecoltivo system lets people grow herbs, salads and vegetables without soil, using water and a growing substrate. The brand presents its Smart Garden as a way to cultivate at home throughout the year, wherever suitable sunlight is available, and to enjoy fresh, healthy produce when desired.

Ecoltivo offers the home-growing system alongside a selection of seeds chosen for cultivation with its products. Listed varieties include cat grass, smooth-leaf blonde lettuce, mixed lettuces, curly red lettuce, Ricciolina salad, Genovese basil and Dark Opal basil. The website also provides guidance on using the system: add room-temperature tap water, place the garden where it receives adequate sunlight, and check the reservoir level as seedlings emerge and grow. Ecoltivo serves both home growers and business customers, and shares product information, growing instructions and media coverage through its website.
