Eco Nappii

Eco Nappii is a South African, mother-made and owned baby-care brand focused on infant skin health and more considered material choices. Its range includes organic nappies, pull-up nappies, Pure + Clean wet wipes, and digital gift cards. The brand says its nappies and wipes are the first registered and certified by the Allergy Foundation of South Africa, and are designed for babies with sensitive skin. Its products are made without chlorine, fragrance, lotions, parabens, phthalates, preservatives, dyes, or heavy metals.

Eco Nappii highlights a 100% bamboo core, at least 65% plant-based materials by weight, and up to 12 hours of leak protection. Its largest nappy has a stated liquid capacity of more than 720 ml. The company describes its approach as science-grounded and transparent, and does not claim its nappies are fully biodegradable.
