About Corporación ECOPAR
Corporación ECOPAR is a private non-profit organization established on June 3, 2002, by Ministerial Agreement No. 074 of the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador. We specialize in research, management, and conservation of fragile ecosystems in Ecuador, particularly paramos, Andean forests, and tropical forests.
Our team of professionals is highly skilled and dedicated to environmental and social causes. We value creativity, solidarity, teamwork, transparency, adaptability, and hard work. Our programs include the management of paramos and high Andean ecosystems, forest management, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, community management of biodiversity and agrobiodiversity, protected area management, and territorial management.
