Szkoła Rodzenia Ecopartus Kraków

Eco Partus is a maternity education and support center for expectant parents, offering practical guidance through pregnancy, birth and the first weeks with a newborn. Its birth school brings couples together to build knowledge and confidence, with classes led by midwives who actively work in delivery rooms. Parents can choose group childbirth courses or individual preparation, covering what to expect during labor and how to care for a baby.

The center’s services also include exercise and yoga for pregnant women, lactation counseling, postpartum care, urogynecological physiotherapy, and infant massage. Its wider team includes midwives, a gynecologist-obstetrician, a certified lactation consultant, physiotherapists, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor and a psychologist when needed. Eco Partus also shares educational advice on topics such as preparing for birth, exercises during pregnancy and post-birth formalities, and offers workshops including babywearing and children’s first aid. The center aims to provide reliable, experience-based information and ongoing support for families before and after childbirth.
