About Yarra Valley ECOSS
Yarra Valley Ecoss | Wesburn VIC is a not-for-profit community organization dedicated to promoting sustainable living solutions in the Yarra Valley and beyond. Situated on a 7. 4-hectare permaculture-designed farm, this organization showcases local food production, earth education, and multicultural living.
Yarra Valley Ecoss supports the Yarra Ranges Council Climate Emergency Declaration and has received recognition for its achievements in sustainability and social and economic justice. With a commitment to environmental best practices, Yarra Valley Ecoss fosters a culture of respect, honesty, and integrity. Their services include a nursery, biochar projects, crop production for the community, education programs, facility and equipment hire, and an environmental hub.
They also host community events and provide volunteer and job opportunities. Co-locating with various local groups, Yarra Valley Ecoss actively collaborates to create culturally diverse and creative projects. With the support of grants and partnerships, this organization continues to make a positive impact on the community and the environment
