Their journey began with Finca Nova, their farm located in the ideal microclimate of La Paz de Carazo, Nicaragua, for cultivating vegetables and spices. Since 2000, they have experimented with various local and neighboring country crops, including the renowned Jamaican hibiscus flower.

Initially, they supplied their raw material in bulk to a well-known national brand for processing, packaging, and local market distribution. This experience fueled their curiosity and passion for the cultivation of the Jamaican hibiscus flower, with its numerous health benefits and versatile uses. They soon realized that the predominant national brands were primarily packers and distributors of finished products sourced from individual small-scale producers or low-quality imported raw materials.

This situation led the family to assume control of the entire production chain in 2013, from cultivation to the creation and marketing of finished products such as Jamaican hibiscus jam and dried Jamaican hibiscus. Alongside the Jamaican hibiscus, they have also implemented other crops such as plantains, various gourmet beans, and other fruits. All their cultivation practices follow strict ecological agriculture and hygiene standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply for their customers and consumers.
