Écuries Laporte

Écuries Laporte, home to the Centre Équestre de la Vendée, is an equestrian centre welcoming riders and horse enthusiasts since 1983. Located on a more than 32-hectare estate, it serves over 250 licensed members and cares for nearly 80 horses kept in boxes and pastures. The centre offers riding lessons and a pony club, with instruction from state-qualified teachers assisted by trainee instructors.

Its programme includes several disciplines for riders of different levels, such as show jumping and eventing, as well as a labelled equestrian sport-study section. Horse owners can choose from boarding services designed around the welfare of horses and ponies; the facilities hold Qualit’Équidés and Animal Welfare labels. The centre also hosts training courses and competitions, and shares event information and results with its community.

Écuries Laporte additionally presents horses for sale, including Selle Français and Anglo-Arabian horses, with profiles and details available for prospective buyers. Through its riding, boarding, sport and sales activities, the centre provides a broad range of services in a setting dedicated to equestrian life
