Écurie du Pramier is a family-run equestrian business based in Martinvelle, in the Vosges region of France, near the borders of Haute-Marne and Haute-Saône. The stable specialises in Comtois draft horses and offers carriage rides, horse-drawn services and equestrian entertainment for events throughout France. Visitors can choose from several carriages, including an 8-to-10-seat vehicle that can be covered in poor weather, a traditional four-seat carriage and an eight-passenger roof break.
The horses bring a heritage-inspired touch to weddings, fairs, craft festivals, historical re-enactments, inaugurations, commemorations, Saint Nicholas celebrations and Christmas markets. The team also provides horse-drawn services for film productions, demonstrations with historic equipment, and traditional agricultural displays such as ploughing, mowing, timber hauling and potato planting.
Écurie du Pramier also offers horse boarding in pasture, box or mixed pasture-and-box arrangements. Its facilities include spacious stables, 21 hectares of pasture, a sand arena, a lunge ring, tack rooms and dedicated spaces for horse-drawn vehicles and equipment.
