About Estonian Dialogue Academy
The Estonian Dialogue Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering open communication, discussion, and participation in Estonia and the surrounding regions. Our goal is to empower individuals to engage actively in group dialogues and public discussions by offering training programs, school initiatives, event organization, and organizational consultations. We envision a society where people feel confident and free to engage in conversations on any topic of importance.
By cultivating a culture of dialogue and participation, we aim to create more inclusive, tolerant communities, schools, governments, workplaces, and public spaces, essential for a thriving democracy. We emphasize essential discussion skills such as listening, sharing thoughts, responding, summarizing, and arguing. Our focus is on building a network of dialogue experts, offering discussion skills courses, training dialogue teachers, and providing consultation services.
