EddysModellwerft

Eddys Modellwerft is a specialist ship-model workshop focused on distinctive wooden kits that are not commonly produced by larger model manufacturers. Run by Winfried and Eddy, the business designs and builds ship models, including subjects such as minesweepers and other vessels represented in its catalogue. Winfried develops the designs in detail and produces the components in-house using laser cutting and 3D printing. Eddy assembles prototypes, either live or in YouTube videos, and provides feedback so that fit and design details can be refined before kits are offered.

The range includes ship model kits and separately available fittings and accessories. Some models can also be adapted for radio control. The workshop additionally creates ship models of various types from plans, while its gallery showcases completed builds. Customers can place orders by email; shipping is charged separately, and the stated delivery time is two to three weeks after payment is received. Eddys Modellwerft shares updates through YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
