Edebiyat ve Sanat Akademisi (ESA) is a comprehensive online portal dedicated to Turkish literature and culture. Established in 2008, ESA strives to be a leading resource for literary information, encompassing various artistic expressions, linguistics, and an extensive Turkish Poetic Anthology known as Şiiristan. The platform stands as an independent entity, free from political or institutional affiliations, focusing solely on the cultural heritage of Turkey.
ESA offers a wealth of resources, including detailed information on literary genres, biographies of poets, authors, and artists, as well as a vast archive that serves both scholars and enthusiasts of literature. Its sections on Divan, folk, Sufism, and contemporary literature, along with its unique Turkish Folk Songs repository, solidify its status as an essential literary encyclopedia.
Furthermore, ESA fosters a creative environment where writers and artists can connect, share their works, and engage in discussions about cultural and artistic developments. With its dedicated approach and content, ESA continues to pave the way for a deeper appreciation of literature and the arts within Turkey and beyond.
