The Edgen service closed on 12 October 2026, and all features have stopped working. The refund request window also closed on that date. Customers who submitted a refund request in time are to be contacted at the email address on their account for confirmation; approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, usually within 30 days of confirmation. Edgen says accounts were closed and personal data will be deleted or anonymised as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to necessary legal, refund, and record-keeping requirements.
