Our collection of Perennial vegetables has been a long time focus and remains very popular. Many of the species we offer are very rare in cultivation and aren't offered by most nurseries. We offer the local ecotype of native plants whenever possible. Ecologically grown!

About Edgewood Nursery
Edgewood Nursery, located in Wabanaki Territory, Falmouth, Maine, is a small plant nursery dedicated to providing a unique selection of plants. Specializing in unusual edible, medicinal, and local ecotype native plants, Edgewood Nursery offers a diverse range of products and services. With a focus on sustainability, all of their plants are grown in living soil without the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
The nursery prioritizes using locally sourced materials and even offers plants in reused pots whenever possible. Customers can choose from a variety of plant material depending on the season and delivery method. Potted and bare-root plants are available for local customers from spring through fall, while bare-root plants can also be shipped in early spring and late fall.
Seeds are available year-round, locally and through mail, and scionwood and cuttings are available during winter and early spring. In addition to their products, Edgewood Nursery also offers educational services, consulting services, a podcast, and a blog to help gardening enthusiasts learn more about their plants and gardening techniques.
