Curl Edinburgh is the only curling rink in Edinburgh and the Lothians, welcoming newcomers, clubs and experienced players to its Murrayfield venue. One of the UK’s busiest curling rinks, it hosts more than 1,200 members each season, which runs from October to March. The rink is also the home venue of Beijing 2022 Olympic medallists Jennifer Dodds and Bruce Mouat.
Visitors can book taster sessions, group experiences and corporate or social events, with hospitality packages available. Those interested in taking up the sport can follow a beginners’ course and continue through the New Stones Club, while inclusive programmes, a junior club and school activities offer opportunities for different ages and abilities. Curl Edinburgh also supports clubs, competitions and touring teams with bookable ice, and members can access practice ice.
