The platform lists dogs of many breeds and backgrounds, including puppies, pedigree and mixed-breed dogs, stud dogs, and shelter animals. Visitors can search listings by location and other details, such as breed, age, sex, size, suitability, and price, while sellers can create listings with photos, videos, and supporting documents. edogs also offers services for dog care, including dog sitters, dog sharing, and boarding, as well as a marketplace for dog accessories.
Its website features a magazine covering breeds, care and training, product tests, insurance, and responsible dog ownership, alongside online training courses and a podcast. The company says it has operated online marketplaces since 1999 and emphasizes safer placement through daily checks of new listings, breeder verification, action against suspicious providers, and measures to combat illegal puppy trading
