Welcome to the Edom Art Festival, a celebration of art and life in the charming community of Edom, Texas. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to showcase high-quality, original art and craft while fostering a sense of community and creativity. For over 50 years, the Edom Art Festival has been a beloved event, attracting visitors from near and far.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the artists' studios, our festival offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can engage in conversations with exhibiting artists and discover their unique creations. Browse through a diverse range of handmade products, including jewelry, pottery, photography, sculptures, baskets, woodworking, glass, and original garden art. Our talented artists also offer one-of-a-kind clothing pieces, paintings, handmade journals, and mixed media creations made from recycled materials.
Immerse yourself in the art-making process by watching live demonstrations, such as blacksmithing and pottery throwing. In the Wine Garden, under the shade of trees, you can enjoy the soulful tunes of talented singer/songwriter musicians and savor the offerings of local wineries, accompanied by delectable handmade chocolates. The festival is a haven for families, with a dedicated kids' area where little ones can express their creativity.
They can take their masterpieces home or donate them to become part of the festival gallery. Our grounds and entry are adorned with vibrant murals and paintings from previous years, creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere for all. We offer convenient parking options, with free parking available behind the festival and paid parking at the Methodist Church, supporting a worthy cause.
Handicap parking is also available, ensuring accessibility for all guests. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but remember to clean up after them. Join us at the Edom Art Festival, where art, music, and food come together to create a truly memorable experience.
Be a part of our rich history and dynamic arts community as we continue to inspire and delight visitors year after year
