AI Coach guides teachers through self-observation, goal setting, and action planning, offering lesson-level feedback and self-paced coaching. Science of Reading provides on-demand coaching with research-backed strategies for literacy instruction. Observation Copilot turns classroom walkthrough and observation notes into editable, framework-aligned feedback, while VC3 supports video-based observation, coaching, and collaboration for activities such as teacher induction, peer observation, and professional learning communities. Edthena also offers a Video Library for sharing professional videos featuring educators and students.

The platform is designed to extend coaching capacity through asynchronous learning and structured feedback, helping organizations support more teachers with existing coaches and mentors.
