Educational Trip

Educational Trip, founded in 2015 by Jarosław Dudek, helps schools plan and deliver projects supported by European funding. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience with EU funds, the team specializes in applications and project coordination, including Erasmus+ initiatives in vocational education and training. Its services cover the full project cycle: preparing funding applications, arranging project activities, coordinating and monitoring implementation, managing budgets and documentation, settling grants, and evaluating results.

The organization works with vocational and technical schools across several Polish regions, tailoring applications and project management to different fields of study. It also supports international student placements, drawing on a network of experienced partners and established workplaces for foreign internships. Educational Trip emphasizes individual client support, practical knowledge of program requirements, and guidance throughout each project.

The team includes project coordination, project-specialist, and marketing roles. Alongside its school-focused work, the Educational Trip Foundation presents initiatives such as W-RISE and ACCESS EU, with resources and activities including study visits, focus groups, publications, and events.
