EDU leaders

EDU Leaders is a development project focused on helping school leaders build confidence, clarify their direction and lead meaningful change. Drawing on extensive experience in team building and management training in business, the program works beneath surface behaviours to explore the personal beliefs that can shape lasting change. Its broader vision is to support a generation of young people who have the confidence and courage to succeed while valuing fairness and collaboration. EDU Leaders sees schools with confident teachers and leaders united by shared values as places where creativity, openness and initiative can flourish.

The program is structured around four modules covering key school leadership competencies. Culture and Leadership explores vision, informal leadership and a culture of partnership. Agile Management of School Projects addresses how schools can manage complex initiatives amid change and uncertainty. Psychological Resilience focuses on understanding and working with stress. Feedback examines how constructive feedback can improve communication and the atmosphere among school staff. The project also provides information about its team, schedule, registration and forum.
