Eduteka

Eduteka is the Center for Educational Innovation and ICT at Universidad Icesi in Cali, Colombia, serving teachers, school leaders, and teacher educators across Latin America. Since 2001, it has researched and shared practical ways to integrate technology meaningfully into education. Its platform is free to use and offers more than 1,559 curated articles and resources, alongside documents, webinars, podcasts, videos, and projects focused on teaching, leadership, digital learning, and artificial intelligence.

EdutekaLab provides free AI-powered tools designed to support everyday teaching. Educators can create lesson plans, rubrics, courses, gamified activities, interactive learning resources, and research guides, as well as assess institutional ICT competencies and explore applied mathematics through simulations. The platform also includes an educational agent that uses teachers’ learning goals and context to suggest and generate resources for short learning sequences. Through its community, educators can share resources, connect with peers, save articles, and access their created materials and consultations in a personal workspace. Eduteka brings educational research, practical tools, and professional collaboration together to help transform classroom practice.
