European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN) is a regional network that brings together young people under the age of 32 who are dedicated to advancing and sustaining democratic values through their political and civic activities. With a presence in 23 countries, EDYN is composed of concerned citizens, civic activists, political leaders, and journalists from European countries with totalitarian histories. Despite differing political views, they share a deep commitment to democratic principles and work collaboratively to address the societal challenges faced by their countries.

EDYN offers support and resources to young pro-democracy activists, politicians, and journalists in these post-totalitarian countries. By refraining from hate and division, they strive to unite societies against authoritarian revisionism. Through their network's partners and friends, they have access to skill-building opportunities, resources, and connections with like-minded individuals.

The mission of EDYN is to ensure that every young person involved in public life in these countries receives the necessary help when defending the hard-won freedoms of their parents' generation. By standing up against hate, distrust, and division in their societies, EDYN aims to create a future where free societies flourish.
