Environmental Engineering Consultants

Environmental Engineering Consultants, Inc. (EEC) is a Florida-based engineering firm serving clients since 1979. Located in Tampa, the company offers a one-stop source for environmental engineering, testing, and design services, helping projects move from planning and assessment through permitting, construction, and remediation.

EEC’s services include civil engineering and site design, developed in collaboration with project owners, design teams, and permitting authorities. The firm also conducts environmental assessments to support property-purchase due diligence and provides remediation for prospective owners and industrial facilities facing enforcement matters. Its industrial permitting work helps facility managers maintain compliance with regulatory authorities.

For air quality and environmental testing, EEC can assess concerns involving mold, lead, radon, and unknown odors. Additional services include drainage plans, erosion and flood mitigation planning, wetland delineation, and construction monitoring. The firm’s project experience includes work involving Graeme Hall, the City of Tampa Water Works Park, citrus processing wastewater treatment upgrades, and a concrete batch plant expansion. Through its broad service offering, EEC supports clients addressing environmental and engineering needs across Florida.
